OF THE MONTH

At seven, Jude’s entire life imploded, leaving her orphaned and reliant on her kidnapper after being whisked away to live in Faerie. At seventeen, Jude wants nothing more than to fit in, despite her own mortality. But many of the Fae despise humans, especially the youngest son of the High King. Cunning, charming, cruel and wicked, Prince Cardan has a real mean streak when it comes to Jude. But the tides are changing. Swept into a deadly game of politics, Jude must stay one step ahead to come out victorious.

The Cruel Prince is centered around cutthroat fae, scheming royals and a Political Intrigue (of epic proportions). An all-round immersive novel.

HOW TO FEEL TRUELY PRODUCTIVE

I want you to think back to the last time you felt truly productive. You woke up nice and early, ate a great breakfast, and planned out your day with a lengthy todo list. Over the next couple of hours, you SMASH your todo list and are ready to relax before the day is over.

Imagine if this happened everyday. It wouldn't be long before you became a 4.0 student, got a job (or got a promotion!), and find yourself surrounded by good energy.

Does that sound too good to be true? Well, it's not.

The secret comes down to a goal-setting system. Yup, it's that simple. Setting goals, believing you can achieve them, and actively working towards them is a no-fail way to becoming successful.

Of course, this is a multi-step process. Let me walk you through it.

Setting goals

Here are 3 things to consider when setting goals:

1. What level of completion you are aiming for. If you want to become a better student, do you want to earn As in every class, or are a couple of Bs alright?

2. How much time you have to complete it. Will you be kicked out of your apartment if you don't earn $3,000 by next month? Or do you have enough savings to survive until next year?

3. Whether or not the goal is realistic. Think about both points above and determine whether or not you have the ability and energy to complete the goal.

Belief

You must have heard of the Law of Attraction before. If not, here's my main takeaway: if you believe it will happen, the Universe will make it happen. Doesn't that sound like magic?

It all comes down to you, your mind, and your energy. The entire Universe is made of energy, so naturally, it reads energy. Whatever energy you give off, the Universe reads that and returns it. And I don't mean granola bars or Gatorades.

Belief is a form of energy. If you truly believe that you can do something, the Universe reads and absorbs that energy, then returns it– making whatever you believed in come true.

What does that mean for you? Set realistic goals and believe in them. Throw your whole heart in it and tell yourself that you can do it.

But wait. That's not it. The Law of Attraction is not literally magic. I'm not telling you that you can become a millionaire just by thinking about being a millionaire (if that were true, at least 60% of the entire population would be rich by now).

And that brings us to our next (and last) point.

Work towards it

Nothing will happen if you don't do anything. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you actually have to work towards your goal. Your belief and the Law of Attraction merely gives you a "supernatural" advantage– a little boost on your way to success.

So how exactly do you actively and productive work towards a goal? Here are 3 key points from my strategy:

1. Plan ahead. Based on the available time you have to complete your goal, break it down and create smaller tasks. Write these on your regular todo lists, and put them in your planner.

2. Check in regularly. Make sure you're following the path you created and at a good rate/pacing. Here's where time management comes in. You must be super on top of everything (including yourself) in order for your goals to work for you.

3. Celebrate. Whenever you've achieved something, whether it's reaching a milestone or completing a short-term goal, give yourself a little treat! Let your inner self know that you've done a good job, and you're on your way to success.

And that's it!

I know, that sounds like a lot. But don't worry, it will come to you eventually! And the best news? I've made a little something to help you out, and it's coming your way soon!

Stay tuned, , and get excited! You'll love what I have in store for you next.
